IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Click the “Submit Order” button only once. Clicking more than once may result in multiple charges to your card. Depending on site traffic, there may be a delay in processing.
- If you click the “Submit Order” button more than once and multiple charges are applied, the processing fee will be subtracted from your refund.
- All usernames and passwords are created manually by our team. This is because we accept check payments and do not create usernames until payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday – Friday 9am-5pm EST. Orders placed after 5pm EST during the week will not be processed until the next day.
- Orders placed Friday after 5pm EST will be processed the following Monday.
- If you have logged in and accessed your purchased products, no refunds are given.
- Any and all refunds given will incur a fee equal to the processing fee charged by PayPal. Currently that fee is 3.5%.
