2024 Course Registration

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOU REGISTER!

INFORMATION WE COLLECT DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

• If purchasing the optional printed syllabus (see below), please note it will not ship until August 2024. We will ship to the address you provide at the time of registration. If your address changes before August 2024, you must inform us of the new address to ensure the syllabus gets to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
• We ask for your ABIM ID# to facilitate the CME credits earned for taking the course. If you don’t know your ABIM ID#, CLICK HERE to log in to the Physician Portal(this will open the ABIM website in a new tab so you don’t interrupt your registration).
• Please provide an active email address. All communication regarding your account and access to the Steinberg Course materials will be via email to the address you provide.
• *Please note usernames and passwords are created manually. Registrations are processed during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Eastern US Time. It may take 24-48 hours for account creation.

OPTIONAL ADD ON MATERIALS

• The printed syllabus is NOT included with registration. Your registration includes only the downloadable syllabus. If you wish to receive a printed syllabus, it must be added to your registration.
• Please see the course description page for details on what is and isn’t included with your registration. If you need any clarification, please email us at GIBoardReview@gmail.com
• The purchase of any optional add-ons (adding the 2023 video, 2023 audio, or the printed syllabus) requires registering for the course. If the add-on doesn’t include course registration, the order will be canceled and refunded. A processing fee applies to all refunds.
