In addition to your printed syllabus, you will receive a username and password to access the 2022 digital syllabus online for one year.

3. CREDIT CARD – You can pay with a credit card directly on this site. You will receive an email confirmation and a username and password will be generated within 48-72* hours of your purchase and your log-in credentials will be emailed to you.
