All pre-sales, support, and technical questions are answered via email. Why no phone number? In the past, we've provided a phone number for customers to call, but it proved ineffective because more often than not, it resulted in a lot of "phone tag". We understand your busy schedules and more often than not, assisting you with questions about the products or addressing problems with the website requires us to have information you may not readily have available to give us. Conversely, addressing your questions or technical problems requires us relaying a lot of information to you. We've found email to be the most effective and efficient means of accomplishing both those tasks.
We strive to provide the best support to existing and potential customers. All emails received during normal business hours Monday through Friday are responded to in less than 24 hours in most cases. More often than not, they're addressed immediately. Emails received after 5:00 EST on Friday will be responded to by Monday afternoon.
