In the past, we've provided a phone number for customers to call, but it proved ineffective because more often than not, it resulted in a lot of "phone tag". We understand your busy schedules and more often than not, assisting you with questions about the products or addressing problems with the website requires us to have information you may not readily have available to give us. Conversely, addressing your questions or technical problems requires us relaying a lot of information to you. We've found email to be the most effective and efficient means of accomplishing both those tasks and also provides for a solid, transparent record of our communication.
